Sorry, but you need to log in, before you can access the scrutineering order!

The quiz for determination of the scrutineering order for the 2010 Event starts on Wednesday July 21, 2010 1200 CEST. All teams participating in Formula Student Germany 2010 have to complete the quiz.

Please read the following information carefully before taking the quiz!!!

The main 2010 changes in the determination of the scrutineering order and their background at a glance:

  1. In order to determine the order for the scrutineering all teams, both FSC and FSE, have to complete a rules quiz. Like for the registration quiz the questions will be in multiple-choice form and you are allowed to repeat the test an indefinite number of times until all questions are answered correctly. The order for the scrutineering is obtained by ranking the teams on the time they required to complete the quiz correctly, i.e. the fastest team will get the first scrutineering slot. This way unnecessarily long waiting times are avoided.
  2. The quiz will be the same for FSC and FSE teams, no powertrain specific questions will be asked, giving teams of both classes an equal chance at obtaining slot in the scrutineering queue.
  3. The order for scrutineering will also be the order in which teams are let into the pitlane. FSE teams will be let on site two hours in advance of FSC teams, in order to give them a head start with the electrical safety inspection. An FSE car must have passed the electrical safety inspection before it may be presented for scrutineering.

What do I have to get a number for the scrutineering queue?

In advance (if you have not yet done it):

  • Make sure all team members have carefully read and understood the rules.
  • Make sure your web browser supports JavaScript.

These items are the necessary the scrutineering order quiz for the FSG 2010!

Important note:
The website will not allow for new entries or changes on July 21, 2010 from 1100 CEST to 1300 CEST!

On July 21, 2010

1100 CEST

The database will be closed on the FSG website and will move to another server. You will at that point find the link to the scrutineering quiz server.

1130 CEST

Now it will be possible for the team captains to log in to the scrutineering quiz server with your usual account.

Please note:
ONLY for the team captains!
This means: If you registered 3 team captains until 1100 CEST, you will have 3 goes.

Please note:
A session ID will be assigned for each of the team captains.
This means: 3 team captains - 3 goes. Not more!

The session ID is necessary to avoid that more than one person logs in with one account at the same time. A session ID will expire after 10 minutes. This means that you will automatically be logged out after 10 minutes and then you can log in again (a new session ID will be created). If you close the browser by mistake you can log in again when the session ID expires after 10 minutes. Your valid time period is displayed in the left frame.

If you want to stay logged in for some time to not miss the start, proceed as follows: Log in once and then refresh the site every 3 or 5 minutes by using the button "reset timeout" or the browser function "refresh".
(Alternatively you can log out and then log in again.)

1200 CEST

The technical inspection order quiz begins!

  1. Refresh the site! The  scrutineering quiz will appear.
  2. Mark the correct answers.
  3. Click the button "Submit Answers!"

If one or more of the answers you checked are wrong the quiz will reappear indicating that one or more questions have been answered incorrectly. The quiz can be resubmitted every thirty seconds until all questions have been answered correctly. However, please note you are not allowed to submit the quiz form more than once every thirty seconds!

The quiz will contain questions regarding knowledge of the competition rules, both FSG and FSAE. A sample question can be found here: testregistry.formulastudent.de
Please note the quiz form requires a web browser supporting JavaScript.

Once you completed the quiz successfully you are done. A box "Scrutineering Quiz completed succesfully" will appear. Done!

1300 CEST

The database at the regular FSG website is open again.

  • For those teams who didn't complete the quiz during the first 60 minutes: the quiz is still open but changing event captains or password on the FSG site will not be transfered to the quiz server.
  • For everyone: The order of the scrutineering queue will be published on August 4, 8:30 CEST at the Ticket Office.

Additional information: not completing the quiz

Taking the quiz is possible until July 23, 2010, 12:00 CEST. Teams failing to complete the quiz will get a slot at the back of the technical inspection queue on a first-come-first-serve basis.
