Workshop Registration Rules
Workshop Registration works as follows:
- Every team can register for the workshop starting on the 3rd of May 2010 at 13:00 CEST, the cost for each participant is 20 €.
- Until Thursday 6.05.2010 13:00 CEST a maximum of 1 participant can be registered per team, afterwards there is no limit per team. The remaining places can be booked in the team section (MyTeam=>Events=>Workshop-Settings) on a first-come, first-served basis at the same price of 20 €.
- Registration ends on Friday 7.05.2010 13:00 CEST.
- After booking payment needs to be made through PayPal within 72 hours. Payment can be made by any team member in the team section. (MyTeam=>Payments)
- After payment the booked spaces must be allocated to the participating team members by accessing the workshop settings from the event list on the team pages (MyTeam=>Events=>Workshop-Settings).
The selection closes on Monday 10.05.2010 13:00 CEST. - Registration on this page can be done by any team member. The Workshop-Settings page can be accessed only by the team captains.
